All orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days after orders are placed. Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS, determined by the shipping method you select.
LAF does not guarantee the arrival time of shipments. Once we release packages to the carrier, all responsibility of its safe and timely arrival is transferred to the shipping company. If an order is lost, we can assist you in tracking your package. We are not responsible for replacing a package that is lost or stolen once a shipping confirmation has been obtained.
Customers may return or exchange all non-tea merchandise 7 days after delivery date for a full refund (less shipping charges). Returned items must be undamaged and in their original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip. There is a 15% restocking fee on all items that are not being exchanged.
We do not accept returns or refunds for any of our loose leaf teas unless the tea has somehow been damaged. If this is the case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do everything we can to assist you.
