Rockflower is a rock oolong from the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian Province. This unique and rare varietal called, Chun Yan, is grown by just a few families on a rocky outcropping near Xing Cun Zhen. The processing of this varietal requires great skill of roasting and resting to bring out its unique orchid aroma and flavor. The medium to large leaf opens with floral notes of orchid and musky longan fruit, and leaves you with a not too drying, mineral finish.
