Our custom Earth shou (ripe) puerh cake is a lightly fermented puerh made from leaves of ancient tea trees. The raw leaves are collected by farmers that have harvested these trees for generations, then blended and fermented by a master tea maker in Menghai.  The leaves are fermented in large woven baskets, using spring water to moisten the leaves. The careful and reverent processing of this tea gives it a vibrant and rich flavor with medium body and a silky mouthfeel. When consumed, it creates a warm, uplifting energy in the body and spirit.
