January calls us to deepen into ourselves. To move slow, replenish and reset. To tune into our hearts and feel what we are being called to strengthen, put energy towards, and cultivate for the new year. We are finding these beautifully nurturing activities and practices below supportive to our inward journey, creating space to move into what's next.

Green House is the project of Los Angeles based artist, Olive Ardizoni. As a non-binary artist they hope to create an environment with fewer boundaries for both the listener and performer, and craft songs that seek freedom through simplicity.
Six Songs For Invisible Gardens is Green House's first album. Intended to transform the listening environment and augment domestic space, the music is designed to communicate with plant life and the people who care for them. We've been playing the album while taking a bath, having early morning tea, or painting in the afternoon.

The intoxicating scent of Mount Sapo All-Over Oil immediately drew us in. With warming notes of citrus and exotic florals, the aroma is both grounding and invigorating, and has us taking deep inhales all day long. Meant for full body use (including the face), this luxurious oil calls us to take time to care for ourselves and to experience our bodies with curiosity. With the help of Mount Sapo, we observe the ever changing landscape of our physical selves and find moments to listen to what our bodies call for.
