Our Sencha is a blend of four cultivars formulated exclusively for Leaves and Flowers. The blend consists of Saemidori, Okumidori, Asatsuyu, and Yabukita. The leaves come from Kyushu Island; an area prized for its Sencha production. A quick hot steep (180F) offers a wondrous cup; beautifully balanced, delicate, and creamy, with a pleasing smooth finish. This tea is also makes a sweet and refreshing cold-infused iced tea.
