Breathe Tea was formulated in 2018 during the deadliest and most destructive wildfire season in California history. In an effort to protect ourselves and our loved ones, we created this blend with ingredients from land and sea to soothe and support the respiratory system.

Sea Palm: moistens the mucus membranes, incredibly mineral rich.
Oregano: a powerful antimicrobial.
Elderberry: an antioxidant and immune booster.
Orange Peel: high in Vitamin C, a gentle bitter, helps move toxins.
Peppermint: menthol works as a decongestant by shrinking swollen membranes in the nasal passage and helps loosen mucus that collects in the lungs.

This tea can also be used as an herbal steam - a quick and effective way to get moisture and medicine into the body.
