Tasting Notes - Whipped Cream, Asian Pear, Spring GreensThis special white tea is made from a large leaf varietal in Jinggu, Yunnan. The leaves are picked in early spring, wilted slightly, then put on drying beds where warm wind is tunneled through to complete the drying process. The young leaves have a delicate, sweet flavor, but as the tea ages it will develop malty notes and more body.
