This beautifully delicate, apricot-colored infusion, has a surprising richness and aroma. Unlike green tea, buds and young leaves are picked and left to wither and dry in their natural shape. The unhurried drying process takes as long at thirty hours to complete. The raw leaves are then heaped into a large pile and roasted over charcoal at a very low temperature. 10 servings per 1oz package.
