This incredibly unique and experimental puerh is made with leaves from a combination of first and second flush harvests. Malted brown rice yeast is added to fresh tea leaves, then left to ferment for 4-5 days. It is then mixed with more fresh leaves before being pan-fired to halt oxidation. The result is a dynamic tea with flavors of sweetness and smoke. A must buy for the adventurous tea connoisseur. 18-20 servings per 2oz package.
