A beautiful unbroken black tea with a rich full bodied flavor and fresh sweet aroma. Young leaves and buds are picked in mid-April, then go through many processes of withering and drying to reach the desired outcome. One of the unique drying methods includes a special wind tunnel made from woven bamboo. The leaves are set on perforated bamboo trays so air can easily pass through. This process is just one of the many steps to achieve a skillfully oxidized tea. Our Fragrant Leaf tea is of the highest quality, with little to no bitterness when brewed. 18-20 servings per 2oz package.
