Leaves and Flowers blends and packages your tea to order. We ship online orders Wednesday and Friday, with the exception of holidays.
We ship packages via USPS Priority Mail. If you require an expedited shipping service, UPS shipping options are available.
Leaves and Flowers does not guarantee the arrival time of shipments. Once we release packages to USPS or UPS, all responsibility of its safe and timely arrival is transferred to the shipping company. If an order is lost, we can assist you in tracking your package. We are not responsible in replacing a package that is lost or stolen in the mail when shipping confirmations have been obtained.
At this time we do not ship internationally. Sorry for this inconvenience.
Customers may return or exchange all non-tea merchandise 15 days after date of purchase for a full refund (less shipping charges). Returned items must be undamaged and in their original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returned or exchanged items. There is a 15% restocking fee on all items that are not being exchanged.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds for any of our loose-leaf teas. If there are any errors or concerns regarding your tea order, please contact us at by email and we will do everything we can to assist you. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days and we will gladly send a return shipping label and replace the item.
All orders submitted to Leaves and Flowers are encrypted with 256 bit SSL security to ensure your transactions are processed safely.
